I'm very happy that you are about to finish this project. I was a bit afraid that it would be abandoned. Anyway, since I found your MC2 on EV album couple years ago, I'm impressed with your insistence. Yoy should not be suprised with performance of sensorless vector controll at low rpm. It's typical, because of relatively great flux estimation errors with low feedback signals. I experienced this with all industrial drives I worked on.

Congratulations! It sometimes looked like a dead project but you finished at last. Great work! Have you tested milage yet? Do you have a sum the conversion adds up to?
